INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL MODEL INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is also granted to individual persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for these persons within the meaning of Article 556 (4) of the Civil Code. Other entrepreneurs do not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
